1. A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes (Inspired by Cinderella)

Sparkling pink cocktail for valentine's day

✨ sparkling pink cocktail fit for a princess! This enchanting drink shimmers like Cinderella’s pure heart and tastes like a magical night at the ball.

Cocktail Recipe:

  • 2 oz strawberry vodka
  • 1 oz cranberry juice (for a deeper red-pink hue)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz sparkling rosé
  • Edible pearl dust (for shimmer)
  • Rim: Pink sanding sugar
  • Garnish: A floating edible flower

Directions: Shake vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur with ice. Strain into a coupe glass, top with sparkling rosé, and stir in a pinch of edible pearl dust for a magical shimmer. Garnish with an edible flower.

Mocktail Version (Non-Alcoholic):

  • 2 oz strawberry lemonade
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • ½ oz elderflower syrup

  • 2 oz hibiscus tea (chilled)

  • Rim: Crushed dried rose petals & sugar
  • Garnish: Floating rose petal

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a glass over ice, stir gently, and garnish with a rose petal.
